These are websites we've rebuilt for local businesses across London and the Home Counties: a locksmith, a plasterer, a tree surgeon, a car wash, three waste firms and a builder. Each one replaced an older site. Every screenshot was taken from the live site, on a desktop and on a phone.

How each site handles the first enquiry
The opening screen does a different job for each trade. Someone locked out wants to ring now. Someone clearing a garage wants a price before they speak to anyone. A driver on the way to a car wash wants directions. These are the choices we made on each site, as they appear on the live pages.

The build
Every site rebuilt for Google and AI search
We rebuilt each of these sites in Astro and set it up for SEO, AEO and GEO: the same three things go into every build, so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read what the business does and cite it accurately. Nobody can make an AI tool recommend a business, and we don't claim to.
Built in Astro
Astro turns each page into plain HTML before anyone visits, with very little JavaScript to download. Pages load quickly, including on a phone with a weak signal.
Schema markup
Structured data that tells Google and AI assistants what the business does, where it works and how to reach it. Where a site lists prices or answers common questions, those are marked up too.
An llms.txt file
A plain-text summary of the business at /llms.txt, written for AI tools: what it does, where it works and how to get in touch.
