Do I need all of these services?
No. Most clients start with two or three — usually Local SEO, a website build, and GBP management. The others get added when the timing makes sense. I'll tell you what's likely to move the needle for your specific situation.
Can I just get SEO without a new website?
Yes, if your current site is technically sound. I'll audit it first. If there are structural issues holding back your rankings, I'll be upfront about what they are and what fixing them would involve. Sometimes it's minor. Sometimes it's not.
How long before I see results from SEO?
Honest answer: three to six months before you see real ranking movement, and six to twelve before the full effect. Google Ads can have the phone ringing much sooner. Most clients run both during the build-up phase, then rely more heavily on organic once it's established.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. I work across London and the Home Counties — Surrey, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent. For businesses further afield, it depends on the service. Local SEO needs someone who understands the market. If you're outside those areas, ask — we can talk through whether it's a good fit.
What's included in social media management?
Two to three posts per week across your active channels, written and scheduled for you. On-brand content, consistent voice, designed to build trust rather than chase likes. Managed Google Business Profile posts are included in the SEO retainers.
