It shouldn't, and the switchover is planned around that. We list every address on the old site and point each one at its new page with a 301 redirect, carry across any copy that's earning its keep, and watch Search Console for crawl errors in the weeks after launch. If an old page ranks for 'builder Reigate', its replacement takes over that address through the redirect rather than starting from nothing.
