Before you send it

Do I need to know my budget?
No. A rough range helps me suggest the right plan, but if you leave it blank I'll set out the options in my reply. The pricing page lists all three plans if you'd like to look first: £499, £1,495 or £2,495 to set up, then £99, £449 or £649 a month. If you only want the website, that's quoted per project at a fixed price, half up front and half before launch.
How long until the site is live?
Most builds take 2–4 weeks once the page plan is agreed. The process page covers what happens in that time and what I'll need from you along the way.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Often, yes. If it's technically sound, I'll keep it and work on the search side. If it's slow or built on a heavy WordPress theme, moving it to Astro is usually the better use of the money. Either way, my first reply will say which.
Who will I be dealing with?
Me, from the first reply through to launch and after it. There's no account manager in between. The about page has the background if you want it.
